I had a okonomiyaki called Mametentama.Okonomiyaki with deep-fried shrimp and sweetly simmered gold bean beans.It was the first time that okonomiyaki was sweet, but it was delicious.

The best okonomiyaki I had while in Japan. Hayashi-san keeps her recipe for a long time and it pays off. Juicy, yet crunchy cabbage, meat very soft and hidden in layers of dough and egg and melting cheese. Absolute deliciousness. I will be excited and happy to come here everytime and anytime.

I think that it is no longer the store that represents Tokushima. The yam in the okonomiyaki is not a hampa. If you eat okonomiyaki here, you can't eat anything else.

I ordered the shop's recommendation of beans to Tokushima. I was sweet but I was asked if I was okay, but I tried it at a big price. I was scared of sweetness but honestly compatible with sauce and the tempura part was very delicious. Because of sweetness I felt a little thirsty (laugh)
